The workshop was a collaboration between Smart Approved Watermark and the NGIA. Julian Grey (CEO – SAW) outlined the difference between social media and social marketing. Cally Sheenan (SAW) presented on the development of the isaveH2O app and their use of social media.
Matthew Carroll (NGIA) presented on using social media, focusing on the case study of phase one ‘Put a Plant on your Desk’
